Online Store that sells and engages customers for Your Business

Effective online stores guide the customer through every stage of the purchase. How to achieve this? We distinguish two main types of customers in e-commerce: those interested in the product and those ready to purchase. Our role is to cater to both groups on behalf of your business. Engaging the product-interested customer requires: information, quality images, education, and smooth, intuitive store navigation. Only then can we expect the customer to show interest in purchasing. The store must facilitate this process simply and seamlessly while offering a suitable range of suppliers and payment options.

Advantages in
E-commerce - Your Own Online Store

Having your own online store provides full control over the brand, appearance, and functionalities, enabling better alignment with customer needs and building a strong brand without the limitations of external platforms.

Additionally, a personal store eliminates high commissions associated with sales on platforms like Allegro or Amazon, allowing for higher margins. Full control over pricing policy and the absence of the need to adapt to external regulations translates to higher profits and greater business flexibility.

How the process of creating an online store works?

01

Requirements and Target Group Analysis

logo-bsh

We start with discussions with the client to understand their needs and business goals. Next, we research the market and define the target group, creating a profile of the ideal customer. This allows us to design a store that meets user expectations and is tailored to their preferences.

At this stage, we create a sitemap, navigation structure, and prototypes. We focus on an intuitive and aesthetic interface that ensures ease of use for the users. Attention to detail in UI/UX design makes the store functional and user-friendly.

and Store Integrations

We carry out programming work, creating stable and secure code for the store. We integrate necessary payment systems, logistics, and analytical tools. This makes the store ready for operation and offers the full functionality that customers expect.

We conduct tests on the functionality, security, and performance of the store. We detect and fix bugs, optimize page loading speed, and improve usability. This ensures the store operates smoothly and provides users with an excellent shopping experience.

HelpDesk Support and Store Development

We provide technical support after the store is launched, resolving any issues and offering advice. We monitor the store's performance and suggest updates and new features, allowing the store to grow with the increasing needs of the business.

Online Store B2B or B2C - Why is it different?

B2B stores are created differently than B2C. If the store is aimed at retailers, the purchasing and decision-making process is based on individual preferences of the customer. Our task is to understand these preferences and present an offer of products that creates a positive impression on the customer.

In the case of B2B customers, the purchasing process is often longer and requires assistance from a salesperson. Therefore, we increasingly encounter a desire for presentation of the store's offer and calling the customer to action in the form of making a phone call or sending an inquiry via a form.
